We met at 2 members' home in Windsor this month. Very scenic ride in the country to their house. We discussed the book "Crazy Rich Asians", by Kevin Kwan. We all agreed that it was a very readable book with interesting characters. Just what a summer read should be. 1 member recently saw the movie based on this book, and enjoyed it very much. For our next book, we chose "The Bishop's Pawn", by Steve Berry. This is the Cotton Malone Series #13, and a very effective conspiracy yarn. We will meet on Wed. Oct. 3 in Windsor again. We held our monthly Book Group at a member's house in Vestal on Wed. June 6, 2018.   We discussed the book, " Time and Again" by Jack Finney.   This is an historical sci-fi time-travel book. Two members had read the book before, and really liked it.  The rest of us, ranged from liked it ok, to didn't finish reading it at all! For our July read we picked the book, " The Women in the Castle", by Jessica Shattuck, a book about WWII.   There are many copies in the local libraries.   We will be meeting on Wed.
