Our book group met on Wed. May 2, 2018 at 6:30 pm at a member’s house in Endicott.  We discussed the book, “My Italian Bulldozer”, by

Alexander McCall Smith.  (He is the best-selling author of “No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency” series.)   This book is a novel about one man’s

adventures in the Italian countryside.

We all agreed that the book was an easy read, like a summer beach novel.   Most of us, 5,  enjoyed the book for this reason.  But 2 of our group

did not like the book at all: too fluffy!

After reviewing a number of books for our next read; we decided on “Time and Again” by Jack Finney, 399 pages.  This is a novel about time travel.

The author also wrote, “The Invasion of the Body Snatchers”.    The group will meet on Wed. June 6.
